  Exceptional service from an exceptional agent.
  As our former property manager, Navid was the perfect person to sell our investment property. Not only did he know it well, but his professionalism and efficiency to get things done made it an easy decision. The existing long-term lease on the property was no hurdle for him as he truly believed that the right buyer was out there. He was right, and in the end we sold it for an amazing amount. His professionalism, communication and listening skills are outstanding and things you don't often see these days. He's just a really nice bloke and we can't recommend him highly enough.

  Reliable, Responsive, Transparent & Honest. I’ve purchased a property through Navid in Armadale, while I was based in Sydney and remotely. Navid has been reliable and responsive with my concerns and enquires.
  
  He was honest and transparent in representing the property the way it was and for any issues I had he was quick to notify the seller.
  
  I generally had trust issues with agents and even more given I making this purchase was made remotely l, but Navid is the best agent I’ve come across in general and if I ever look to sell I would definitely be confident with his service.

  If there is one agency or one real estate agent I can truly trust with the sale of my personal home or investment properties, it would be Navid from De Freitas Ryan Residential.
  
  He has sold multiple properties around Applecross and neighbouring suburbs for me and it’s always a very smooth transaction, it always feels like the weights been taken off my shoulders!
  
  I have dealt with many real estate agents in my life and I have always had issues with communication or trust, but with Navid it’s clear cut what you get - professionalism and in depth knowledge of the current and future real estate market.
  
  I will be recommending Navid and the team at De Freitas and Ryan to all my friends and family for many years to come :)

  It was an absolute breath of fresh air working with De Freitas Ryan Residential and Navid to sell our home. His communication was superb and I never once felt worried as he spent the time to keep me updated throughout the process.

I found Navid Heshmati a very keen real estate professional with plenty of knowledge and experience to attract buyers, using his strategic marketing techniques and good and convincing communication skills. No doubt he will get you through your real estate task.

  Found most staff to be lovely but I'm sorry but I found Melissa Y to be very rude and unhelpful. I reported a water leak from the beginning and my emails and maintenance requests were not being responded to so the water damage was getting worse. It wasn't until I called in frustration explaining the health risks of mould and mildew build up from water damage.. The property manager apologised and had the plumber attend but the damage caused from leaving it for so long meant the landlord was in for an expensive bill. I felt sorry for the landlord because if that were my property I would expect immediate action. Overall I think the situation was poorly handled but the staff were very quick to rectify in the end.

  Terrible customer service! I was a tenant for a year and my property manager changed around 5 times during this period. We could never develop a relationship because we never had consistency. Every time we called up to talk to our property manager they were ‘out of the office’ or ‘in a meeting’. We were always told they would ‘call us back’ but this never happened. We would end up calling about 3 times in a week before we would put up a fight and suddenly the property manager was ‘back in the office’. They were never willing to help and quite unfriendly. When we first moved in the exhaust fans in both bathrooms didn’t work. It took 6 months for this problem to even be looked into. It was easier to go directly through the owner who hardly spoke English than the property manager. At least we knew things would get done then. Even when we moved out of the property we didn’t hear from de Freitas for over a month. We had to call them and ask how the final inspection went and if we were going to get our bond back. Avoid these guys at all costs! Not professional and they don’t want to do their jobs!!

  I don't normally give reviews but my experience with them was very frustrating. My agent knew the house I rented was heavily marked on the walls I have photos and evidence of the initial reports of the property. But they are trying to take advantage of people that they know we don't have time to face them on courts.. it took 1 month for them to decide how much to steal from our bond.
  They are closed on weekends. So if the lease ends on the weekend and if you give back the keys on the next business day (Monday) they charged me 2 days rent. What an inconsiderate agency. Staff don't have heart at all.. They don't care. In one year we had 4 different property managers to deal with. They all don't care.. never fix the problem in the house we we're complaining. Flyscreens, water leaks.. I will never recommend them to anyone.
  Coz my friend almost had heart attack when she dealt with defrietas agents dishonesty. Different story but I feel sorry for someone who experience same thing...

  Ive been looking for a property for months and no agent would help me, they keep saying they will call me but they never do. I can only guess that it is because I am aboriginal because i am working and think i am clean person. I came into this real estate and spoke to a girl Melissa Young. She was happy to talk with me about the houses that are in my price and area. She even organised a private viewing for me before I went back to Albany. I felt respect and care from her and she was friendly and professional.
