  I do small group sessions - max 6 - with qualified trainers who guide and encourage. You can go at your own pace but they are always watching and offering advise to ensure you get the most out of every exercise and class. Good amount of classes and times available. Fantastic set up with plenty of equipment. A separately (same) family run gym and cafe operate downstairs. The whole set up has an amazing community feel. Alex provides a safe and happy space for everyone to train. I’ve tried different training regimes/gyms over my 50+ years but none have stuck - until now. Just completed my 100th pilates session and feel fitter and stronger for it. Thanks Alex and the team, couldn’t have done it without you.

  I have been coming to pilates classes by Alex and her team for well over a year.
  
  I always enjoy coming to class, and my mind and body feel so much better afterwards.
  
  Alex is relaxed and gentle and will let you know what you need to know, to keep safe and to also challenge your body.
  
  I always work at my own pace and enjoy being able to focus and unwind at the same time.

  Highly recommend seeing Alex at AOK Keep Moving. I have some experience with Pilates in large group settings but its a whole different world with Alex being able to teach me correct form and movement in both the original 1on1 sessions and now small group training.
  
  I am thrilled with how much better my lower back issues are getting with Alex's help and everything feels very personalised to fit whatever your physical needs and goals are.
  
  Her studio has an amazing atmosphere and i have enjoyed every session.

  The addition of Yoga Nidra has been amazing! Phoebe makes you feel calm, welcome and safe throughout the whole session. I left feeling zen, relaxed and at ease. Definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles to switch off, especially after work! Can’t wait for next week!

  I love the small group training sessions! After doing pilates in large group settings for months and feeling like I wasn't getting anywhere, I went to Alex and her team. They are all highly professional and collaborative and I love that your program is tailored specifically for you. The small group sessions are so supportive, I wish I had started my pilates journey here sooner!
